Job Title: Process Associate – International Outbound Calling

Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:
At VAPN Technology, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Outbound Calling team as Process Associates.
In this role, you will engage with international customers through outbound calls, qualify prospects based on campaign criteria, and seamlessly transfer qualified customers to our sales team for further handling.
This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international customers for lead generation.

Engage prospects, assess their needs, and qualify them as per campaign guidelines.

Perform live call transfers of qualified customers to the sales team.

Accurately capture and update customer information and call outcomes.

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead qualification metrics.

Maintain high standards of communication and follow call scripts and company protocols.

Professionally handle objections and escalate complex queries when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound international calling/lead generation (preferred).

Strong listening skills, persuasion skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.

Flexibility to work night shifts and rotational shifts.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
